Leopard 10.5 Upgrade has a Bug!

Hi,

Yesterday I upgraded from 10.4.9 (Tiger) to 10.5 (Leopard) and I encountered a problem with logging in.
Having upgraded, the user log in did not show up. I found a good Tutorial which I recommend but some of the instructions were not clear.
